Three Doors Into the Same Clinic

A work injury rarely needs just one kind of care. Because our clinicians share a single file, your certificate, your treatment and your reports stay consistent with each other.

Book a doctor

Examination, diagnosis and the certificate of capacity — the document both Canberra schemes pay against. They also produce the referrals and treatment requests that keep approvals moving.

Book a psychologist

Support when the injury is psychological, or when a long physical recovery starts wearing you down. Sessions run in person in Canberra or by video, on the same file as your doctor.

Book a physiotherapist

Treatment and a safe return-to-work plan for physical injuries, with progress reported back into your file so certificates and treatment never contradict each other.

Two Formats

In Person in Canberra, or by Video

Face to face in Canberra

  • Doctors, psychologists and physios who examine you in the same room.
  • Every certificate of capacity: your doctor examines you and completes your scheme's form at the appointment.
  • First appointments after a fresh injury, where a hands-on examination changes what goes on paper.

By telehealth, when it suits

  • Ongoing care and check-ins after the certificate side is sorted.
  • Psychology from home, if that is where you talk most freely.
  • Follow-ups that don't justify a trip across town in Canberra traffic.

One rule never bends: certificates are done face to face. If a certificate is due, say so when you book and that appointment will be an in-person one.

The Money Side

On an accepted claim, appointments are billed to the body running it, never to you: Comcare, EML for ACT Government workers, a self-insured employer's claims team, or the insurer under the ACT private scheme. We confirm the approvals before you are booked, so the money side is settled before your appointment. Claim not lodged or not accepted yet? Tell us, and we will walk you through how those first appointments work.

The Process

From Message to Appointment

You don't need to know your scheme, your form names or your deadlines. That knowledge is what you're booking.

1

Send the form or call. Tell us what happened, who you work for and how to reach you.

2

We work out who runs your claim: Comcare, EML for the ACT Government, a self-insured employer's claims team, or a private insurer.

3

We line up what needs approving with whoever manages your claim, then lock in the time.

4

You attend, in person in Canberra or on screen, and every document lands where your scheme wants it.
