What to send
- Patient name, DOB and contact phone
- Brief clinical summary — what they presented with, your initial assessment
- Any imaging, reports or prior Certificates of Capacity
- Claim number, if already lodged
- Anything else you want our team to flag
What happens next
- 1We triage the referral within one business day — same day for urgent cases.
- 2We call your patient directly to book the first appointment and explain what to expect.
- 3After the first visit we email you a clinical update — diagnosis, treatment plan, return-to-work plan.
- 4Your patient stays your patient. When the claim closes they come back to you for all other care.
