What to send

  • Patient name, DOB and contact phone
  • Brief clinical summary — what they presented with, your initial assessment
  • Any imaging, reports or prior Certificates of Capacity
  • Claim number, if already lodged
  • Anything else you want our team to flag

What happens next

  1. 1We triage the referral within one business day — same day for urgent cases.
  2. 2We call your patient directly to book the first appointment and explain what to expect.
  3. 3After the first visit we email you a clinical update — diagnosis, treatment plan, return-to-work plan.
  4. 4Your patient stays your patient. When the claim closes they come back to you for all other care.
