What You Can Book

One Clinic, Three Kinds of Appointment

Work injuries rarely need only one sort of care. Our doctors, psychologists and physiotherapists work from the same file, so what happens in one appointment is known at the next.

See one of our doctors

Assessment, diagnosis and the certificate of capacity your claim runs on. Our doctors also write the referrals and treatment requests your insurer needs to approve care.

See one of our psychologists

Treatment for psychological injury, whether that is the claim itself or the weight of a physical injury that has dragged on. Our psychologists work from the same file as our doctors.

See one of our physiotherapists

Hands-on treatment and a plan for getting back to work safely. Progress is reported back into your file so the certificate and the treatment stay consistent.

How You Are Seen

In Person or by Video, Whichever Suits You

In person, in NSW and Canberra

  • Face-to-face appointments with our doctors, psychologists and physiotherapists.
  • Certificates of capacity are handled here. Bring your paperwork and your doctor completes the form at the appointment.
  • First appointments after a new injury, where a proper physical examination matters.

By telehealth, wherever you are

  • Treatment and review appointments once your certificate is in place.
  • Psychology sessions, which many people find easier to keep going from home.
  • Follow-ups where travel would cost you more than the appointment is worth.

Certificate appointments are booked in person, so your doctor can examine you and complete the form on the day. Tell us if a certificate is due and we will book that one face to face.

What It Costs You

Where a claim has been accepted, your appointment is billed to your scheme's insurer under that claim. We confirm what is approved before you are booked, so nothing about the money is a surprise on the day. If your claim has not been lodged or accepted yet, tell us when you get in touch and we will explain what applies in your situation.

After You Get in Touch

What Happens Next

You do not have to know which scheme covers you or which form your doctor needs. Working that out is our side of the job.

1

Send the form or call us. Tell us what happened, where you are and who your employer is.

2

We work out which scheme your claim sits under and which clinician you need first.

3

We check what your insurer or claims manager has approved, then confirm the appointment with you.

4

You are seen in person or by video, and the paperwork from the appointment goes where it needs to go.
